How It Works
- Complete the Wholesale Registration Form.
- Our team will review your application.
- Once approved, you'll receive access to our wholesale collection and pricing.
- Place orders directly through our wholesale portal using your approved account.
Wholesale Discounts
Signed Books
Wholesale discounts are based on order volume.

Special Editions
Special editions are offered to wholesale partners when inventory allows. Discount levels and availability vary by release and will be communicated before ordering.
Merchandise
All approved wholesale partners receive:
15% OFF all eligible merchandise
This includes select apparel, drinkware, accessories, and other officially licensed Kate Stewart merchandise.
Ordering
- Orders are placed directly through our wholesale portal.
- Inventory is subject to availability.
- Signed editions are available while supplies last.
- Special editions may have purchase limits depending on demand.
Shipping
Domestic and international shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
International retailers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, VAT, customs fees, or country-specific compliance requirements.
Payment
Payment is due at the time the order is placed unless other arrangements have been approved.
