Processing & Delivery Times

📚 Signed Books
Signed books are added to Kate's signing queue and typically ship within 6–8 weeks. During pre-orders and busy release seasons, processing may take longer.

👕 Merchandise
In-stock merchandise ships within 5–10 business days.

🌍 International Merchandise
International merchandise ships within 7–21 business days.

Special Editions
Special Edition orders typically ship within 4 weeks.

📅 Preorders
Preorders ship on the estimated shipping date provided at purchase. Please note that all dates are estimates and are subject to change.

📖 eBooks
eBooks are delivered immediately through BookFunnel. You will receive an email from BookFunnel with instructions to download your eBook. If you don't see it, please check your spam/junk folder

  • Due to the digital nature of downloadable tickets, no shipping is necessary.

  • Be sure to download your tickets immediately after purchase.

International Shipping Restrictions

We ship worldwide except to the following countries:

  • Cuba, Falkland Islands, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Somalia, Sudan, Ukraine

Tracking Information

We provide full door-to-door tracking for the following 32 countries:
Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Great Britain, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.

For countries not listed above:

  • Tracking stops once the package is handed over to the destination country’s international carrier.

  • We do not receive further tracking updates or delivery confirmation for these shipments.

  • We are not liable for any lost or undelivered packages once they have been transferred to the international carrier.
