Refund policy

How to Submit a Return or Exchange Request

  1. Log in to your account

    • Click the profile icon in the store’s navigation or visit our Refund Policy/Returns Page.

    • Enter your email address and click Continue.

    • Open the verification email from our store, copy the six-digit code, and enter it on the store page.

  2. Select your order

    • Click the order you want to return.

    • If your order has multiple items, select the ones you wish to return or exchange.

  3. Provide details

    • Select a return reason and add any notes for our team.

    • If requesting an exchange, clearly specify your replacement request in the notes.

  4. Submit your request

    • Click Submit Request.

    • If approved and shipping is required, you will receive return instructions and a prepaid shipping label by email.

    • Once we receive the item, your refund or exchange will be processed.

Return & Exchange Period

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • After 30 days, no refunds or exchanges will be offered.


Fees & Costs

  • No restocking fee.

  • A $6.50 return/exchange shipping fee applies.


Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include the original packing list.

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.

  • Final sale items cannot be refunded.

  • If marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, a store credit will be issued for returns.

  • Special Edition Book Boxes

  • Limited Edition Items

  • Digital tickets 

Exchanges

  • Processed within 3–5 business days.

  • Standard shipping time of 3–8 days applies once processed.

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable if you chose to pay for your own shipping! If you receive a refund, you will only receive it for the item price.
  • We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Book Signings and Events

Due to the digital nature of downloadable tickets, no refunds will be given.  Tickets may be transferred to another guest, however. 

 

Special Edition Book Boxes & Signed Books

📌 Replacements may take up to 3–4 weeks depending on item availability or production times.
All replacements are at the discretion of KLS Press Customer Support.
