What's Included with Each Ticket

• Access to the winery grounds 45 minutes before the allotted time slot until the end of your designated signing time.
• A small complimentary pour/taste of a very special wine blend. 
• Delicious nibbles, including vegetarian and vegan options.  (Additional wine and appetizers will also be available for purchase from Point Lookout Vineyards during the event.)
• A Taste of Triple Falls swag bag
• A raffle ticket to be drawn during your signing session. (Two raffles total!)​

Additional Ticket Information

* Group numbers will be assigned at check-in on a first-come, first-serve basis.  Group numbers will ensure that you are able enjoy the event without having to stand in line for an extended period of time.

• Please be aware that we will be clearing the main venue room after Session One and before Session Two to allow everyone to get in and get their complimentary sip and swag bag before group numbers are called. 
• Tickets will be checked at the gate for each signing session, so please have your tickets ready.
• Attendees will be allowed onto the winery grounds 45 minutes before the session begins to allow time to be shuttled to the venue and to get it in line. 
• Unfortunately, anyone who attempts to enter more than 45 minutes before their designated time slot will be turned away at the gate. This is to ensure the event runs as smoothly as possible, the shuttles can cater to each guest, and check-in is fast and efficient. Please plan accordingly! 

​*ALL TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE but ARE TRANSFERABLE through the ticket vendor. We will not be able to assist with this process, but we will post instructions on how to do it.

What to Bring to the Signing

• Your ticket in electronic or paper form
• Valid ID
• Books brought for signature will be LIMITED TO THREE BOOKS PER AUTHOR/NARRATOR due to limited signing times and signing capacity.
• NO CARTS, PLEASE.  As this is an intimate signing and you will be shuttled up and down the mountainside, we ask those attending not to bring any sort of book carts, which will greatly slow check-in time.  We want to be able to give everyone attending a little one-on-one time, so we want check-in to be as efficient as possible. 
• It is recommended to bring a little bit of cash. Merchandise and wine can be purchased with cash or cards. If you want additional raffle tickets it will be cash only (with all proceeds going to the Wounded Warrior Project). We have several baskets/items that will be raffled per session—which are amazing BTW.

*VERY IMPORTANT* Please ensure you arrive at least 45 minutes before your time slot. Once you arrive, you’ll need time to be shuttled up the mountain and get your place in line, so please keep that in mind. Failure to do so will significantly limit your chance in line to get your books signed in time!!

About the Venue

• Point Lookout Winery sits atop the southeast slope of Point Lookout Mountain with over 30 miles of panoramic views, and is located less than 10 miles from downtown Hendersonville and I-26 at 408 APPLEOLA RD, HENDERSONVILLE, NC 
• The winery is equipped for persons with disabilities. ​
  

• Gratuity is greatly appreciated by the Point Lookout employees working at the event. 
• 21 and Up ONLY, as there will be alcohol served.  NO EXCEPTIONS.​

Bus Service

• Bus service (separate from the winery shuttle to and from the winery parking lot) will be available AFTER each time slot for attendees ​who might accidentally have one sip too many.
• Bus routes will be limited to the Hendersonville/Flat Rock area. So, please ensure that if you have accommodations outside of the area—or off the beaten path—to come with a designated driver.
• ​Alternatively, plan to get bused safely down the mountain to a location where you will either be dropped off at your Hendersonville or Flat Rock-based accommodations or to a central location where you can make other arrangements to get home safely.
• UBER RIDES are limited, so again, I encourage all to keep this in mind.
• This is a small town, so unfortunately, accommodations are limited surrounding the winery for full bus service. That said, accommodations are widely available in surrounding areas via Mountain Lodges, BNB, and other hotels and motels. Again, make sure that if you plan to drink, you’re aware the busses will be available to you for a safe ride back down the mountain to get to or as close to where you need to be as we will not be able to offer full service to remote areas.
• ​Cars can be left overnight at the winery but must be picked up between 10am - 11am the following morning.  Gates will open at 10am.​
• Though gated, Point Lookout Vineyards and KLS Press LLC will not be responsible for any issues with vehicles left unattended and overnight at the winery.
